Quality assurance is BRAVOX’s main concern since early stages of product design. To this end, powerful techniques such as FMEA, QFD, DOE, FEA among others are extensively used during product’s development. Quality Control starts at Incoming Inspection, where raw materials and
components are dully inspected using statistical techniques.

Responsibility is still greater in the production process, where SPC (Statistical Process Control) is widely used to assure that all products are manufactured in accordance with specifications. To conclude the cycle, final inspection is performed in a 100 % basis, again with the use of computerized systems that check for SPL, frequency response, buzz and rattle and polarity.
